Notes:
  1. The above un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2006 were taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 31st October 2006.
  2. Figures for the previous period have been regrouped wherever necessary, in order to make them comparable.
  3. The 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Mumbai on Wednesday, the 27th day of December 2006.
  4.  The register of Members & share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 20th December 2006 to 27th December 2006 (both days inclusive).
  5. Provision for taxation, if any shall be made at the end of the year.
  6. Quarterly Reporting of Segment wise results are furnished separately.
  7. During the quarter ended September 30, 2006, no investor complaint was received. There are no unresolved complaints either in the beginning or at the end of the current quarter.
