After studying Law from Calcutta University, Mr. Poddar was enlisted as an Advocate with Calcutta High Court in 1975. He joined the Govt. of West Bengal in the Finance Dept. in 1977 on a special assignment and was attached to the Finance Minister and continued till 1982. In 1982, Mr. Poddar joined Indian Research Institute as an Executive Director and continued for one year up to June 1983, again joining the State Government in the Finance Dept. on a Special Assignment attached to the Finance Minister. From 1987 onwards he continued to be engaged with the State Government as Special Assistant to the Chief Minister till July 1996. Since 1996 he has been working as an Advisor to the "Peerless".

Vijayaraghavan is on the Board of Directors. He advises the company on the technology domain. As a former Chairman and Managing Director of Advanced Micronics Devices, he was instrumental in incorporating and then taking the company Public.

Chandan Kumar Roy has more than 28 years of experience in different functional areas across industries such as manufacturing, banking and IT. He brings along varied and rich experience in financial accounting, financial management, budgetary control, direct and indirect taxation, treasury management, fund raising from banks and financial institutions. He also has wide experience in portfolio and asset management.

Chandan is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in law from the University of Calcutta.

With an extensive 25+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Prakash’s competencies spans across the Banking, Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Hospitality and Manufacturing domains. Prakash has demonstrated strengths in handling tiny to large 250+ man teams and has worked extensively in the domestic, Japanese, European, and USA markets.

Ambarish has over 12 years of experience in the IT sector. Ambarish has been spearheading the customer support, marketing and account management activities of Secured Payment Solutions offered by Globsyn Infotech in the Indian Banking Sector.
