SWIFThru

The product is user friendly, dashboard driven, and generates automated notifications to your end-clients, thus saving time of your staff in attending to queries from end-clients, and constantly watching for Nackd messages. The product is robust and caters to all Customer-to-Customer payments that are triggered from your Bank’s SWIFT messaging system apart from being highly adaptable to format changes prescribed by SWIFT year-after-year.

When an outgoing message is Acknowledged (Ackd) by the SWIFT network SWIFThru gets the Ack through an AIB Node and sends an email to the end customer.

When an outgoing message is Nackd by the SWIFT network, SWIFThru sends an email to the branch that has created the message. This helps the branch to get intimation of a Nackd message, that can then repair it and resend.

When an incoming message is received SWIFThru sends an email to your customer.

SWIFThru sends the message content to the user as a password-protected email attachment.

SWIFThru also has the capability to talk to your Bank’s SMS gateway to enable sending the transaction information by SMS.
